This B-luc MIA PaCa-2 cell line expresses firefly luciferase as a marker of MIA PaCa-2 cells. Luminescence can be observed B-luc MIA PaCa-2 cells.

Tumor growth and in vivo imaging of B-luc MIA PaCa-2 cells. B-luc MIA PaCa-2 cells were subcutaneously inoculated into BALB/c nude mice . After the tumors were grown to appropriate size, the subcutaneous tumors were excised into small pieces and transplanted into BALB/c nude mouse pancreas in situ.
