        原位肿瘤模型是将肿瘤细胞系或患者来源的异种移植物,原位移植到小鼠对应的原发器官中构建而成。这种临床前研究方法能让肿瘤在具有生理相关性的微环境中生长和转移,进而实现对肿瘤 - 宿主相互作用、免疫应答及治疗效能的精准评估。与皮下异种移植模型相比,原位肿瘤模型更能准确重现人类癌症中观察到的疾病进展过程和转移模式,使其成为肿瘤学及免疫肿瘤学药物研发中极具价值的工具。
