      Protein expression analysis
      Strain specific CCR7 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCCR7 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCR7 mice (H/H), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CCR7 antibody. Mouse CCR7 was exclusively detectable in WT mice. Human CCR7 were exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCCR7 mice but not in wild-type mice.
