Strain specific CEACAM1 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCEACAM1 mice by flow cytometry.
Splenocytes were collected from wild type (+/+) and homozygous B-hCEACAM1 mice (H/H) and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-CEACAM1 antibody. Mouse CEACAM1 was detectable in wild-type mice. Human CEACAM1 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCEACAM1 mice but not in wild-type mice.
