Gene targeting strategy for B-hCSF3 mice.
The exons 1-5 of mouse Csf3 gene that encode the full-length protein were replaced by human CSF3 exons 1-5 in B-hCSF3 mice.
Strain specific CSF3 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCSF3 mice by ELISA. Serum was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCSF3 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific CSF3 ELISA kit. Mouse CSF3 were detectable in wild-type mice. Human CSF3 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCSF3 mice but not in wild-type mice.
