      Gene targeting strategy for B-hCXCL7 mice. The exons 1~3 of mouse Cxcl7 gene that encode the full-length protein were replaced by human CXCL7 exons 1~3 in B-hCXCL7 mice.

      Protein expression analysis
      Strain specific CXCL7 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCXCL7 mice by ELISA. Serum were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCXCL7 mice (H/H) and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific CXCL7 ELISA kit. Mouse CXCL7 was detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human CXCL7 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCXCL7 mice (B).
