Strain specific ITGAL expression analysis in wild-type C57BL/6 and homozygous B-hITGAL mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 (+/+) and homozygous B-hITGAL mice (H/H) and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific anti-ITGAL antibody. Mouse ITGAL was detectable only in T, B and NK cells in wild-type mice, and hITGAL was exclusively detectable in T, B and NK cells in homozygous mice.
