Strain specific KLRG1 expression analysis in wild-type and B-hKLRG1 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice(+/+) and heterozygous B-hKLRG1 mice(H/+), and analyzed by flow cytometry with species-specific KLRG1 antibody. Human KLRG1 was not detectable in CD4+ T cells and CD8+ T cells of heterozygous B-hKLRG1 mice.
