Strain specific analysis of LGALS3BP gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hLGALS3BP mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Lgals3bp mRNA was detectable in small intestine of wild-type mice (+/+). Human LGALS3BP mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hLGALS3BP mice(H/H) but not in wild-type C57BL/6 mice.
Strain specific LGALS3BP protein expression analysis in homozygous B-hLGALS3BP mice by ELISA. Serum was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hLGALS3BP mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific LGALS3BP ELISA kit. Human LGALS3BP was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hLGALS3BP mice but not in wild-type mice.
