Strain specific analysis of NECTIN4 gene expression in wild-type mice and B-hNECTIN4 mice by RT-PCR. Mouse NECTIN4 mRNA was detectable in lung of wild-type mice (+/+). Human NECTIN4 mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hNECTIN4 mice (H/H) but not in wild-type mice.
Strain specific NECTIN4 protein expression analysis in wild-type mice and B-hNECTIN4 mice by western blotting. Human NECTIN4 was only detectable in lung and stomach of homozygous B-hNECTIN4 mice but not in wild type mice for species-specific antibody.
