Strain specific IL8 expression analysis in B-Tg(hIL8) mice by ELISA. Serum were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice and B-Tg(hIL8) mice after stimulated with LPS in vivo, and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific IL8 ELISA kit. Human IL8 was exclusively detectable in B-Tg(hIL8) mice.
