mRNA expression analysis
Strain specific analysis of BCMA gene expression in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and B-hBCMA mice by RT-PCR. Mouse Bcma mRNA was detectable in splenocytes of wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) but not in homozygous B-hBCMA mice (H/H). Human BCMA mRNA was detectable only in homozygous B-hBCMA mice but not in wild-type C57BL/6 mice.
