      Gene targeting strategy for B-hCCL11 mice. The exons 1-3 of mouse Ccl11 gene that encode the full-length protein were replaced by human CCL11 exons 1-3 in B-hCCL11 mice.

      Protein expression analysis
      Strain specific CCL11 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCCL11 mice by ELISA. Serum was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCL11 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific CCL11 ELISA kit. Mouse CCL11 was detectable only in wild-type mice. Human CCL11 was detectable in homozygous B-hCCL11 mice but not in wild-type mice.
