Strain specific CCL20 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCCL20 mice by ELISA. Thymus grinding supernatant was collected from wild-type mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCL20 mice (H/H), and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific CCL20 ELISA kit. Mouse CCL20 was detectable in wild-type mice. Human CCL20 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hCCL20 mice but not in wild-type mice.
