Strain specific CCL5 expression analysis in homozygous B-hCCL5 mice by ELISA. Serum were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hCCL5 mice (H/H) and stimulated with 1 mg/mL LPS in vivo for 3 h and analyzed by ELISA with species-specific CCL5 ELISA kit. Mouse CCL5 was detectable in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hCCL5 mice (A). Human CCL5 was detectable in wild-type mice and homozygous B-hCCL5 mice (B).
Strain specific analysis of CCL5 gene expression in wild-type C57BL/6 mice and hCCL5 mice by RT-qPCR. The mRNA expression of hCCL5 in homozygous B-hCCL5 mice (H/H, n=3) was significantly different to those in the wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+, n=3).
