Strain specific MFGE8 expression analysis in homozygous B-hMFGE8 mice by ELISA. Serum were isolated from wild-type C57BL/6 mice (+/+) and homozygous B-hMFGE8 mice (H/H), and then analyzed by ELISA with species-specific MFGE8 ELISA kit. Mouse MFGE8 was only detectable in wild-type mice (A). Human MFGE8 was exclusively detectable in homozygous B-hMFGE8 mice but not in wild-type mice (B).
